I guess we all know where to go and steal shit

I see the question they ask if the value exceeds $1,000 but does answering no prevent you from filing a report?

If not, then where it says **”All cases filed using the Norfolk Police Department’s Citizen Online Reporting System will be reviewed.”** means even if it’s under $1000, the report will at least get looked at.

Just because they aren’t dispatching, doesn’t mean that the police report isn’t filed.

Just checked, you can file a report online if the value of the property stolen is less than 1,000 & it tells you to contact them by phone if you have evidence about the suspects.

I agree with Norfolk’s commonwealth attorney about not prosecuting misdemeanor marijuana crimes. I don’t know if I agree with this though. What could the reasoning be? Is anything greater than $1,000.00 a felony?
